ALLPRO Heath Staffing was founded in 2018 by Yulandie Latham BA, BSN, CADDT, with a diverse and colorful career as a Registered Nurse, she took the skills she excelled at and loved the most and created ALLPRO Health Staffing. The core guiding principles are simplicity, professionalism and out of the box thinking!

REGISTERED NURSE
The American Nurses Association (ANA), more registered nurse jobs will be available through 2022 than any other profession in the United States. According to an article in the Nursing Times, The US Bureau of Labor Statistics projects that 11 million additional nurses are needed to avoid a further shortage.
CERTIFIED NURSING ASSSITANT
The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics reports there are over 1.5 million people employed as nursing assistants, with a projected growth rate of 9% between 2019 and 2029—faster than the rates of most occupations. Most of this projected growth is attributed to the aging population .
LICENSE PRACTICAL NURSE
LPNs remain in demand in nursing homes, assisted living facilities, home care and many other environments. The Bureau of Labor Statistics predicts job opportunities for LPNs will rise approximately 9% from 2019 to 2029.
